As a reminder, please remember to bring a music stand with you to each rehearsal. Better to have too many than not enough! Other items which can come in handy include stand lights, power strips, and extension cords
Our concert attire is "Nice but not formal black, with a splash of color." Neither ties nor jackets are necessary. The "splash of color" can, however, involve ties, scarves, handkerchiefs, socks, belts, pins, hats, etc. Please don't show skin other than arms (it seems to upset many of our patrons), and don't try to stand out excessively (no Cat in the Hat costumes, for example). If you're confused, ask Eric or another orchestra member.
The article "Dinner after the Concert" which appears in the printed version of this issue became obsolete after going to press. Eric will announce a new location.
