Please consider the following areas where you can help out with the Fodor Concert:
Special Events--Fodor will be performing at Stanford at the Bing Music Series on June 4th at 4:00 p.m. We need to make sure we have a good audience and possible media attention.
Master Class--We need help contacting music teachers in the area, and sending out the flyer, making sure the teachers are either bringing students to observe or are sending their students to perform.
Corporate Outreach--The immediate tasks for this group are to plan funding for the Fodor visit.
Press Kit--Patti Harrell has already started this project Immediate projects are to collect information for the core kit, helping to collect orchestra bios, and taking photos.
CDs--Join David Stork brainstorming ideas here.
Logistics--House logistics for the Fodor visit and reception at our new, larger venue.
Fodor Reception--It's always fun to plan a party!
