Our 1997 Family Concert

Rehearsals for our summer Family Concert will begin Wednesday, July 9th. The concert should be Sunday, July 27th at Caņada College-but don't ink it in quite yet. The Caņada College Theater will undergo some refurbishing this summer, and there's a chance it won't be done by 7/27. If that happens (we'll know by March), we will have the concert on Saturday, July 26th at Spangenberg Auditorium in Palo Alto.

Regardless of where we play, the Family Concert is always a lot of fun. We invite kids to sit on stage with us, and we play popular tunes and movie music, with plenty of shtick. If you have any ideas for music or acts, talk to Eric. He's always on the lookout for something new and fun to do.

Audio Tapes Now Available

Tape duplication from recordings RWS concerts is now being done by Tom Diskin (cello). To avoid problems of varying concert length and tape quality, tapes will be provided by Tom. He will use either XLII-S High Bias (90 minute) or Metal Bias (110 minute) tape. If you have a preference for which type of tape is used, Dolby™ encoding, or any other recording preference, please indicate that below. Cost per tape is $3.75 each.

To receive a copy of the recent concert tape or a previous concert, complete the form (provided in selected hard-copy issues of Notepad), and bring it to Tom. Please include your payment with this form.
