Program Deadlines

Please keep the following dates in mind if you're providing information for the next concert program:

Wish Us Grants

Grant Proposals

We need someone interested in writing grant proposals for local foundations and organizations that provide funding for arts groups in the area. Please see Claudia Herzog (violin) if you are interested. A large amount of information is already written and can be cut and pasted into new grant applications.

Fundraising

How can we get your company interested in supporting Redwood Symphony? How can we get children in the area to our concerts who would not otherwise be able to attend? We need your ideas so we can expand the organization and continue outreach efforts into the community. Please come see Claudia with your ideas.

Advertising

We are planning to advertise for the upcoming Ives/Rachmaninoff concert. We need someone to help put together the ad concept. [Ed. note: Perhaps “Come for the music, stay for the noise?”] Please see Patti Harrell (flute) with your ideas and support.

1998 - 1999 Season

1998 - 1999 Season Planning is upon us. We will be starting to plan the season brochure for next year in April. Please let Claudia Herzog know if you are interested in participating. We need help with:

Bus Research

We need someone to research the cost of bus transportation for upcoming gigs in San Francisco. This will not require very much time but will be greatly appreciated.
